Learn More About the Legal Team at Lenahan Law Firm
In addition to being a wonderful attorney, Kathleen's healthcare credentials are extraordinary. She is a Registered Nurse, a Nurse Practitioner (which requires even more education and training beyond being a R.N.), and is Board Certified in Pediatrics. It is no wonder she is also Faculty with a major State University and is a Past President of the leading organization for Nurse Attorneys in Texas.
Wes is the Firm's Appellate Attorney, and is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law. He achieved this on his first application and exam despite that hurdle having an enormous failure rate. Before serving our clients at the Lenahan Law Firm, Wes served the Waco Court of Appeals and also served a prominent Insurance Defense Firm.
Our newest addition to the Firm, Nathan, brings exceptional insights into how insurance companies assess and defend cases. In fact, for 15 years, he was a defense attorney who tried cases on behalf of insurance companies. And, most recently, he was even the namesake of an insurance's company's in-house defense law firm for all of Texas.
And Marc's credentials include being the best-reviewed personal injury attorney in all of Texas on AVVO (per the Advertising Review Committee of the State Bar of Texas), as well as numerous national and Texas honors such as being the President-Elect of the
National Crime Victim Bar Association, being Past President of the of the
Texas Brain Injury Alliance, being honored as a
Super Lawyer since 2009, being rated a "Top 100 Trial Lawyer" since 2007, and having been admitted as a lifetime member to the
Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. And Marc is now admitted to practice in
North Dakota so he can help as a Severe Personal Injury Attorney there, too, so that he can help those injured at Oil Rigs and by Big Rigs there just as he does for those injured in DFW, Austin, Midland/Odessa, and every part of Texas.
