A member of the U.S. military says a serious fall at Topgolf in Dallas ended his military career. In a lawsuit, Carlos Palomo Jr. of Abilene says he fell from the second level back in August and the net below him didn't hold him. Topgolf Promotes itself as a Golf entertainment and hang out venue. Palomo says his career in the U. S. Air Force is now over. He will live with pain and disabilities for the rest of his life. His attorney tells NBC5 that Topgolf has hidden dangers and that the nets should be twice as big to be safe. Topgolf would not comment on the lawsuit, telling NBC5 out of respect for all of our guests privacy, we do not comment on any individual's experience at our facilities.
